You will be living in with the landlord - 2 adults and a child. My daughter is very friendly and is a quite and tidy child in general.
The house is a 3 bedroom house with a living room, kitchen, garden, bathroom and a cloakroom.
Looking for a non smoker and tidy lodger.
You will have access to the bathroom, kitchen, garden and a space to park 1 vehicle.
£650 a month for couple inclusive of bills, wifi internet and broadband.
£600 a month for a single person inclusive of bills, wifi internet and broadband.
