Ground floor double room. Shared areas are the :- tv/dinning room, downstairs toilet, kitchen, utility room, upstairs bathroom and garden. You will have your own fridge, but will share a freezer. Excellent transport links. Live in landlord. Utility bills are included in the rent, including WiFi. Paid parking outside house (if you have a car, you will need to organise your own parking permit) the cost of which is not included in the rent. The landlord owns a cat who lives and sleeps outside mostly.
