This is a shared accommodation BUT you will have your own floor separated by a set of stairs. You will only share a kitchen and living room. You have a very spacious bedroom around 4m by 5m and large bath room too with a toilet and shower and wash basin. Heating and electrics and everything works perfectly. Bills aren’t included in the rent.

Only reason I’m selling is because I don’t live in this accommodation. I live in London but I’m in a contract that I can’t get out of unless someone takes it off of my hands. Desperately in need of someone!
