Double room for rent in a 2 bed semi- detached coach house in Shinfield, Reading. This room is furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. Garage will be available for use and there is ample street parking, broadband is also provided and all bills are covered in the price of £500 per calendar month. A security deposit of a month and a half rent which is £750 will be required before the start of the rent. I work shift work, mostly 12 hour days and every other weekend so am barely at the house, any viewings or questions are welcome!
