I have a single room to rent in my home, fully furnished and shared use of large lounge/diner, kitchen, garden and bathroom with shower and bath. Private parking available and excellent transport links. Chinese, Indian, doctors and mini supermarket a minutes walk away. Two cats and a rabbit live at the address but I am very proud of my home and like to keep it welcoming, creative, clean and tidy. Space for a massive Christmas tree! All bills, WiFi etc included in rent. Room has a single bed, drawers, bedside table, built in wardrobe and mirror in it. Large window out onto the garden. In a nice quiet area with lots of greenery around.
