housemate needed for a double room in a 5 bedroom student/professional house in Canterbury. The room is a double room and comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair and a wardrobe with built in drawers. The house will be shared with 6 other people spread across the 4 other rooms. The house has a main bathroom and a separate w/c. The room is £430pcm not including bills, and is available from the 1st of July.
The house is located near Canterbury East Station and Aldi, 10mins from town, 15mins from CCCU campus, and 5mins away from a bus stop that runs buses that go directly to UKC campus.
We are a friendly group who like to be social, often spending time together in the communal living room, basement and garden. We are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy/clean and respectful.
