Sadly having to leave my lovely flat due to getting a new job.
The flat itself is a lovely two bed with lounge and huge roof terrace ( perfect for the summer!). The room advertised used to be the lounge, so is very spacious consisting of a big double bed, sofa and huge wardrobe.
Julia, the current flat mate is a relaxed, tidy and outgoing housemate who works as a Graphic Designer in central London.. We tend to cook together from time to time and spend a lot of time in the shared areas so looking for someone who is open to socialising and someone who is clean, chilled out and good-natured!
Situated 5 mins walk from Wandsworth Road Station, 5 mins bus ride to Vauxhall, 10 mins walk from Clapham North and 10 mins bus ride to Clapham Junction. The flat is in a perfect location!
The move in date is flexible but it will be around the 1st week of April. Before moving in you will have to pass referencing from the rental agency. Rent is £850 and £965 with bills.
