The house is in the Elm Grove area, it takes 1 minute walk from the house to the nearest bus stop and takes 20 minutes walk to the big Sainsbury’s , currently there are two female housemates from Poland and Spain, both are students from the University of Sussex, doing Linguistic and Business.
We are looking for someone to take over a single bedroom right now til 24 Aug 2021, which is furnished as you can see in the picture. There is one toilet, a furnished lounge, kitchen and a nice garden in the house. It’s £650 for the deposit of the house, £563 for the house rent per month and £78 for all the bills per month.
