This is a spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house arranged over four floors.
• Ground floor features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate WC (no shower). There is also a private backyard accessible from the kitchen, perfect for relaxing or fresh air.
• The available room is located on the second floor. Two male housemates also live on this floor, and the shower is shared with them (usage can be arranged separately if preferred).
• The third floor is home to two female housemates.
• The top floor is used as a studio/workspace by two male residents.
All housemates are very friendly, respectful, and easy-going. The household has a creative and supportive atmosphere.
