- Family consists of two adult women and one female child and a working man (husband).
- We have a pet (cat) in case of any pet allergy issues but the cat is outdoors most of the times and hardly comes in anymore.
- Room has a single bed with pillow, mattress and blanket, wardrobe, drawer cabinet and large mirror with curtains and bed lamp.
- Room next to shared toilet and shower room. Shared kitchen and garden facilities.
- Advance month DEPOSIT of £600 on move in date
- Monthly RENT is £600 per month (including utility bills, free Netflix TV in living room and free Full Fibre Broadband Wi-Fi).
