Largest room in the house, attic room which includes a lot of space. Double bed with a lot of storage space, as well as a cupboard and a very stable desk. The door is at the bottom of the stairs, it is lockable - isn’t shown in the pictures.
The current occupants are extremely friendly and will allow you to be involved in all their activities! They will ask for your permission before hosting any activities and will not disturb you, you will have as much privacy as you need.
The house is done up extremely well, everything looks extremely new. The bathroom is definitely really nice. It is the nicest bathroom and front room I’ve seen in all the house viewings I’ve been to.
Extremely close walking distance to the university campus, as well as the station. I’m unable to take the room as I’m leaving university to take care of my family and I’ll be unable to pay rent.
