we are both working professionals (currently from home) and both have our own OU social lives outside of the flat but we also enjoy impromptu film and wine nights! we are both considerate and thoughtful about each other and would like to find a friend female flatemate, ideally between 28-40 in full time work.
The room is spacious with basic furnishings and enough space to include a desk (we have a spare) if working from home. the rent is approx. £730 per month including all bills and,once safe, this incl. a cleaner.
